A few birthday eats I had from Friday October 11th.. I got a few more people promising to treat me to a meal, so there may be more coming, but here's what I got from Friday..

Co Worker Bought me a chocolate cake. I shared it with a lot of people in my office, so I was still good on macros for the day

Heres where YOLO mode happened. Boss took my department out for a birthday lunch. We had around 5 large pizzas. I had around 15-20 slices, I lost count. Mostly Veggie pizza, but it was great. Co Workers were shocked because they know I lift and am normally pretty calorie conscious

Restaurant brought this out. Cookie base, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, amazing..

Went to bar later that night. Had this double grilled chicken sandwich with pepperjack and jalapenos

Trust by the end of the night, I was more food wasted than alcohol wasted

Wild Card Wednesday kind of went down the drain, nobody was contributing every wednesday when people would make suggestions on things to make, kind of lost popularity.

never tried this before but made some home made Beer pretzels today...the real deal shiznit..be careful everyone lye is dangerous!

turned out PERFECT! kind of a crispy outside, and a soft chewy inside...went so well with my jalopeno beer cheese I made.

cookie bowl recipe was
60g dark chocolate chopped up
1/2 cup ww flour
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup applesauce
mix all ingredients and press into a bake friendly bowl and bake until at desired consistency
