Looks really good. Do you use a tonkotsu style broth for the Ramen or a standard pork broth (both are good IMO but tonkotsu is just a PITA to make)? Looks to be salt flavor rather than soy sauce or miso. Had a scratch Ramen hot pot stew today with shiitake mushrooms, chicken, some dandelion greens sauteed in sesame oil and garlic, kimchee, tofu, soft boiled egg, spinach, and shirataki. Didn't take a pic since my son and I ate it all up.

Don't get me wrong, it was excellent although very messy/greasy. As far as the pretzel bun goes, it was easily the best pretzel bun I've ever had on any burger. Very authentic, soft, chewy & salty pretzel bread! The crispy jalapeños mixed with the chipotle mayo offers the perfect amount of heat and crunchiness, neither are overpowering.

Very authentic, soft, chewy & salty pretzel bread! The crispy jalapeños mixed with the chipotle mayo offers the perfect amount of heat and crunchiness, neither are overpowering.
I agree with it being a greasy burger. Definitely the greasiest burger I've even had. That was the only downfall.
