Recent Eats!
http://www.yelp.com/biz/castaway-bar...ean-beach?nb=1
should go without saying what this is - it was pretty good. haven't had fried calamari in awhile either so this was a nice enjoyment
Oysters Rockefeller - wow... I usually eat raw oysters so this was definitely a new experience for me… my mouth is still watering from thinking about the flavor explosion lol
The Mahi Mahi Burger wasn’t too bad, meaning it was cooked just right but in terms of satiety, too much bread and not enough meat imo lol
Just a regular burger with curly and straight fries - nothing spectacular here.
heard some good things about the side order of shrimp risotto and this blew me away as well! there were some good sized shrimp in there as well
made some roasted brussel sprouts last night - costco has them for the cheapest @ $2 a lb

I thought I'd ask since Brussels are my favorite veggie.
Did a little review/video review: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...ight=Cor+Fetti
And yeah, 9/10 flavor for sure. Definitely tastes like cake better hence the flavor name... "Cor Fetti Cake Batter". lol.

Protein Butterfinger/Special K Bar bowl.
~450 cals. 41p/65c/6f with 13g fiber.
40g PB2
8g ff/sf butterscotch jello pudding mix
45g ff greek yogurt
60g Special K Protein Plus cereal
10g Hersheys chocolate syrup
salt/sweetener to taste.
Mix PB2 and jello mix. Slowly add water and mix until about a toothpaste like consistency. Add greek yogurt and mix. Add splash of salt and sweetener (I use truvia) to taste. I like mine salty.
Add cereal and mix. Add syrup. Profit.
You can also mix the pb2 with milk/almond milk/ etc. but will change macros. I also like to use some ff/sf da vinci vanilla syrup to mix. PB2 is great, but it needs a little sweetening and salting to get it to a more PB taste IMO. Ive also added cellucor PB marshmallow protein and gaspari PB cookie dough with success.Team Never Full
