Walked in the back at work to stumble upon my co-workers making this. Beef tongue.. I can't say it looked good.
This is how they eat it, in chile... apparently it's a delicacy in mexico.
First meal, eggs + Veggies, Creatine, Pumpkin Oats, and grapes O/S
Picked these up today, they look bomb
Free Chicken from work, sauteed veggies on a bed of spinach (hardly pic worthy, but meh)

Last nights cheat meal and San Diego EatFeats challenge #14
The Kamikaze Mega Roll Challenge......first person to try it for the menu item's debut. Its a basic Rainbow Roll outside with crab meat, 4 different veggies and yam tempura inside. Not that bad in terms of being a healthier kind of roll but the sheer volume (4lbs) could break the bank I suppose. This thing was delicious let me say that much! Rainbow rolls are my favorite sushi roll and I use that to grade any sushi joint on and this gets an A+
I did it in 24 minutes flat which now sets the bar for what must be beat by future competitors to get it free. $40 otherwise.

Chicken fried rice. I love this stuff, so easy to make. Scramble a few eggs, fry up some diced chicken coated in corn starch, then dump some day old rice and frozen veggies in a pan for ten minutes, add chicken, soy sauce, garlic salt, butter, and mix, then add eggs, chop up and mix, then just let it all heat to desired temp.Total: 1578 | 633/378/633- meet bests | 645/385/660- gym bests

Sorry for the late response. I was travelling this weekend. The recipe for those was pretty generic and not the best. My favorite recipe is the one from the NYT article in 2008. Here is the recipe and an article that explains the experiments on how to make the best cookie.

October Burger Special from Moo Cluck Moo
Burger with Applejack Cheese, Applewood Bacon, Muenster, Honey Mustard, and Glazed Donut Bun. I was really not expecting this to be a win, but it was.
October Fry Special: Fries Tossed with Sanders Caramel and Apple Cider Vinegar
Custom Burger at Basement Burger Bar with Loaded Chili Cheese Tots
Turkey patty, roasted red peppers, red onions, dried cranberries, sweet bbq sauce, spring mix, bleu cheese crumbles, and mozzarella on a pretzel bun. Pretzel buns were new. This creation was a bit unusual, but awesome.
Sweet Lorraine's Pumpkin Cheesecake with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and Cranberry Compote

Always like to make Omelets on the weekend.
This is a Spinach, Green Pepper, Grilled Chicken, and Egg White Omelet served on a bed of spinach with tomatoes etc. and topped with salsa.
Accidentally left it on the burner too long so its pretty dark on the outer part unfortunately.
A Little big for the plate lol
