Best Pastrami in the world, period. Though its $17, you pay not only for the 1lbs pastrami sandwich, but also for the legendary atmosphere of the place. The walls are plastered with pictures of famous people ranging from sports and movies starts to Furious Pete, it's truly incredible.

Also, if you ever go there, don't be afraid to ask for free samples of all their meats, the workers are very generous with their samples. Get EVERYTHING before making a choice serious.

the price is one of the biggest reasons why i haven't gone there more than once - the price used to be $14 a couple of years ago - i doubt it's a lb of meat tho... because if it was, i would've definitely been gone there more than once lol

in fact, i eat almost a lb of chicken breast every nite for the past couple of nights cuz it was so cheap lol so i honestly doubt it's a lb of meat - even by your pictures... maybe half a lb

Oh okay. Empanadas are typically deep fried. Yours looked maybe pan fried.
