Today's post lift meal ate right in the car/parking lot outside 24 hour fitness.
homemade buttermilk pancakes from heart healthy bisquick mix. Would never know they were "healthy? based on image, smell and taste texture! Washing it down with whipped vanilla flavor cellucor whey was bomb!

Chicken curry on basmati rice.
Vanilla protein sludge with caramel popcorn, blueberry and coconut butter mix-ins with a scoop of ice cream on top, drizzled in honey.Dark chocolate and coffee, running through my veins....

Didn't count macros Sunday. Went to the state fair and ate the following: turkey leg, fried mac n cheese, sausage wrapped in pancake on a stick, chocolate covered pretzel, footlong bacon corn dog, sweet potato fries, chocolate dipped tiramisu, fried snickers bar, soft serve mega cone, and lotttts of coke.

how do you guys track your macros eatin that way like if you go out or get food that doesn't have macros and how the hell do you plan it like if you go out or something seems like its hard work

you simply estimate the amount of food you're eating. when dieting for a contest, it's much better to measure all your food so you know you're getting exact amounts, but if you don't have a contest in the near future, there's nothing inherently wrong with guessing how much of something you ate and entering it into MFP

I guess I have never done it before Im the type of guy I need someone to show me how so I get the jist. When I eat junk its usually a cheat and let me tell you I eat till I explode LOL I kno I kno its not good but the food is like crack. When I first started the bodybuilding lifestyle I cut out all that stuff and had a bland diet and was fine as soon as I hired a coach and he started giving me cheats I was craving them everymeal everyday and couldn't get it out of my head. If I could eat one cookie it would be okay but I eat the box. If I could have one bowl of cereal it would be alright but I have half the box. If I could have one bagel it would be good but I have a few same with doghnuts etc. Not big on burgers , fried foods but the foods I named LOL watch out.

Try this:
4 tbsp natural pb (creamy)
2 tbsp dark unsweet coccoa
1 tsp cinnamon
2 packs equal
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup hot water
mix all as best you can in glass bowl then nuke for 30 seconds, mix again. mix and blow on it to cool it off quick. stick i freezer for 5 minutes uncovered. it thickens up fast. makes for a KILLER chicken or eggs topping IMO. makes 2 servings worth of topping....for my needs/uses that is.UNBA Men's Physique Athlete
