5 minutes after I've noticed I have one. Which could be a few hours or 10 minutes.

I have to log in and out of Tinder for new matches to show up.

So... turned tinder on for the first time in a month or so it bugged and thought i was from USA or something, picked up 22 bots, i don't think there's a single real girl.

my current iphone is crap. screen is messed up.. and i was given an old iphone 4s from a friend that had been reset to factory.. if i swap phones and re download tinder.. so i lose all my matches? is anyone aware of this?

no. you can "delete" the app all you want, but the info is stored in the cloud. you will lose info you actually delete account in the app options.
