ive used it before, it was a 3mg pills and i got to say it work on days i could just not fall asleep.

it works, and im a guy who can take 2 servings of nyquill and not feel a thing. melatonin on the other hand will make me literally pass out, plus it gives you vivid dreams

Funny you should mention this, I used a spray version which is absorbed sublingual plus you swallow. I slept great last night!

It works amazing but I've built up a heavy tolerance. Use it once in a awhile every other night

Just took some last night and I was flying a phucking school bus haha. It will get you to sleep but I wouldn't take it every night otherwise you won't be able to fall asleep without it. 6-9mg works well for me.

i've never personally used it, but i know my younger brother and older sister use it to sleep at night and they have mixed emotions about it. my brother says that when he takes it, it gives him lots of dreams but mostly crazy nightmares. my sister although says it does help her sleep great and wakes up rested. if you're having that much trouble sleeping, give it a shot and see if it helps, rest is essential so you need your sleep.
