I'm currently running 500-700 calorie deficit on my cut, which is about 2000/2500 or so, macros are around 75%protein 15%fats and 10%carbs.
Been on this cut for a couple weeks, and my body fat is going down, but my weight is going up. (caliper test, same time, pretty much the same food and I always try to have the same water intake the day before.) So I'm assuming I've gained 4-6 pounds of muscle in the last 3 weeks, since I went from about 218 to 220. so I was wondering if I'm gaining muscle on a -500 can I up it to -1000~ without worry of losing muscle? (My current goal is fatloss, bulk is set for october)
also on two fatburners, fishoil, carnitine, and zma.
TL;DR gaining muscle on -500, can I go -1000 for fatloss without losing muscle.

How do you measure your weight? Cant really believe that you gain muscle with 500 calorie deficit. Either you arent on a deficit or sth went wrong on your measurement.
You need a calorie surplus to build muscle so you should not gain any weight with a 500 calorie deficit. Check your daily calorie intake or check your scale.
