180kg(397lb) Bench Triples

Heylo, on my way back from injury this year, first time touching 4 plates a side again. Was sick as a dog this session too so was pretty happy with the sets.

JESUS CHRIST, I think thats some of the best Control I've seen someone have of a 400 pounds bench. Are those 44 pound plates??

ahhh interesting , In canada I've only ever seen 20.4 kilo plates and 20.4 kilo bars (aka 45 lbs) aha , do you guys use 33 lb plates over there instead of 35 as well? like the yellow oly plates?

Some gyms do, mainly the powerlifting gyms. Most of the normal gyms use 20kg, 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.25kg plates.
