Diet-
Breakfast-
8am-2 boiled eggs and glass of milk
School-(15 years old year10,normally go canteen)
10:30AM-Recess-chicken tender+water
1pm-Lunch-chicken tender+water
4pm-Protein shake(30G)+banana(pre workout)
6pm-4 penut butter toasts with some almonds.
7:30pm-dinner-whatever mom makes,normally chicken or something.
9pm-Whey protein shake(30g)
