    Question Good routine

So I started my cutting phase and this is my intended schedule so far:
    Monday:weight lifting+20-25 cardio
    Tuesday:rest
    Wednesday:weight lifting +20-25cardio
    Thursday:rest
    Friday:weightlifting+20-25 min cardio
    Saturday:abs+20-25min cardio
    Sunday:rest

Is this a good schedule so far?

Don't do chest after shoulders because your shoulders will be sore and they are secondary muscles involved in chest exercises

Chest and legs is a big muscle group, why together? You will be fuked up on that day.

    Chest/Tri
    Back/Bi
    Leg/Delts.

Much better. Leg day don't do cardio.

Not sure if you train your chest correctly, but when your form is correct the biggest part of the exercise will be completed without help from the delts.

It is impossible to complete a chest movement without the use of delts.
