I was just messing around in here, but a couple tips for you guys looking to increase your bench.
1) Don't cheat your form to increase your max. You're hurting yourself as far as muscular development in the long run, and you risk injury in the short term.
2)I suggest a 6/4/2 or 5/3/1 rep scheme if your only goal is to increase your 1RM.***SCC***
