Mid size truck crew checking in. Was shopping for a Tacoma a couple years and and ended up settling for my 05 Colorado. This truck has been good to me. She's been very reliable and I've used her for all sorts of landscaping/renovations/moving and a bit of off-roading. Surprisingly the 2.8L is good enough for me. Would never go back to car.
I haven't taken any recent pics but I've added a black bull-bar, side steps and I swapped the Cheby grill for a GMC grill so she's more of a Canyon now

I live in a city and I don't need to haul anything. I don't own a boat, don't dirt bike, don't have an ATV...none of that stuff. Why would I need a truck? I have a sedan that gets decent mileage, was really cheap, and will last a long time. Gas is four bucks- a truck would be an added expense and I just don't need one.

No thanks Jeff
BRB 8 point turns to get in and out of parking lots
BRB bad gas mileage
BRB I only haul things 2% of my driving time (which is a higher rate than some people who drive them)
Don't get me wrong, I will probably own one later in life, but as a primary car it is a chitty choiceLeveling Up Every Day

Just a 2010 f150 I travel about 300km a day, most of my fuel is burnt idling while on the job(12-14hrs a day), till I find a better way to power the electronic equipment I need for work(also need it for ac in summer and heat in winter) without killing my battery i'll need to keep idling all the time.

Lol at people saying they don't drive trucks because they don't need them, they are expensive, and bad for the environment.
Have you guys ever done ANY work on your own houses? Yea your Prius gets 40mpg but I'll be pissing myself laughing when you're trying to strap down sheets of plywood to the roof of your car.
Also I can get to work regardless of the weather.
Oh yea, and don't call me when you need to move furniture.
