    starting keto diet

hey guys im thinking about starting this keto diet, got a basic plan that might need tweaking

    im 5'9 weigh 153, 14% BF

breakfast: 4 large eggs, 3 rashers of bacon

    Post workout: whey protein shake

Lunch: no carb crackers with 50g of peanut butter

Snack 50g of walnuts/whey protein shake

Dinner 2 beef burgers with cheese on top

along with this ill be working out 5 days a week, will this put me in ketosis?

EDIT: this works out to 20g/130g/130g Carbs/Fats/Proteins

If I were you, I'd bulk more, but I don't know your physique so I can't say.

I think 20g of carbs will get you into ketosis, but I'm not 100% sure. I started with 10g a day for 3 weeks, then added 5g every week after that. I'm currently at maintenance sitting at ~100g a day.

Pepper zee angus, because you'll feel sluggish, tired, and a little off for the first few days of keto. After that, it becomes a lot better.

If you're a fan of dark chocolate, get some 90% cocoa Lindt and scrape peanut butter on top - an excellent desert.

Thanks for the macro edit, helps, lol

Yes, it will put you into ketosis, but slowly. For the first few days (while your body adjusts) bump that fat up to 140/150g and scale the carbs back to 10g. you don't HAVE to, but it should speed up the process (few long workouts/carido sessions will help too). Otherwise on normal days it looks good brother. Make sure you keep it fresh and change up what you eat/when, don't want to get bored, lol.

Good luck man, you got this! Feel free to PM me for any questions or advice I might be able to offer (Granted, I don't know everything but who knows, lol)
