lol...gotta throw in some product endorsements in there too..tbh I actually have been using NanoVapor for several months as my pre-wo (love it because the new line of MuscleTech actually lists all the ingredients (no propietary blends) and been taking Anabolic Halo post to get my creatine...sometimes I mix the Halo in with CC to make a nice sludge.

I am NOT sponsored to be clear I work under contract for MuscleTech maintaining their F.B. page and contributing tidbits such as this leg routine..I figured I could go about this opportunity two ways...either bite my tongue and write about the importance of concentration curls for dem dere bicepz peaks or actually put out some real legit information from within the biggest supplement company in the world.... I chose to do the second option.
Thanks brother its a solid routine that I added nearly 100 lbs to my squat with last year...the threads can be found in this section.
I followed this routine and my 1 rm jumped about 100 lbs..I have a few younger guys training legs 3x week now and they are also loving the results they are getting...you don't "need" any belt but I love my 13mm Inzer ;-)

not peddling anything brother...those who know me on here can tell you this...does creatine work?? yes...does whey protein work?? of course....am I stating anything that is not scientifically backed?? Have you ever heard me make any claims of anything other than the training protocol I am providing being effective and proven so by many posters in this section?? Not playing into any lies brother nor am I trying to be a "savior" simply spitting some truth through the medium I have available to me. :-)

Could you please explain why part of your routine requires that people take NaNo viper before EVERY workout and take halo anabolic IMMEDIATELY after EVERY workout? Are those supported as scientific necessities?
I get it. It part of your contract, but sorry if I don't give you credit for telling people to use higher frequency when you are also feeding them inaccurate supplement bs. Tons of people in the fitness industry include good info among the various bs. You're no different.
