I followed this routine and my 1 rm jumped about 100 lbs..I have a few younger guys training legs 3x week now and they are also loving the results they are getting...you don't "need" any belt but I love my 13mm Inzer ;-)

Have you ever heard me make any claims of anything other than the training protocol I am providing being effective and proven so by many posters in this section??
