how many calories for 6 pack abs?

for a 15 year old 185cm 68kg. I go gym 5-6 times a week. My eating regime is:

    Breakfast:
Usually have either 3-4 weetbix with full cream milk or 3 slices of peanut butter on wholemeal bread. i have eggs on weekends

    recess/snack: nut bar/ a piece of fruit/up and go

Lunch: tuna wrap whole meal with all salads/or if i didnt have cereal in the morning i put 2-3 weetbix 1-2 banana's and 2-3 strawberry's and make a thickshake at about 600ml and have that for lunch

Dinner: something high in protein and vegetables. chicken stirfry usually have soup as well before my dinner and yea i usually have meat to go along with some sort of carbs, that is a bit of rice and noodles etc.

drink plenty of water. Dont eat junk food and have nuts as snacks so if i stick with this diet and work hard could i get abs i dont calculate my calories do i need to do it and how do i know how many calories to consume daily, plus on most packets it wont say how many calories there are.?

Well ~15% below your TDEE are needed in order to lose fat and make your abs visible.

How is this not common knowledge?

OP there is not set amount of calories that will get you six pack abs. There are a variety of factors, such as how well your abs are already developed, and your body fat percentage. It also depends how active you are; and as you are only 15, your still going through puberty, which means your still growing and developing. But generally speaking, you have to develop the abs and get to a low body fat percentage in order to see your abs.

"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

Maybe you should consider bulking up first, and then cutting down? You don't want to focus on just 6 pack abs, you want to have an overall balanced physique.

Ok. But you must not understand what anorexia is. It is alot more than people believe. I would attempt to explain it to you, but it would take me 4 hours to do so. The pshycological aspect of it is much more than you can imagine. "Hypocritical"? There comes a point in the disorder where the affected person loses the ability to think clearly, due to a malnourished brain. Yes, they become incapable of eating, so it was not my 'choice' to continue starving myself, my brain changed so that it could not tell my body to eat. Do you think that when I was 98 lbs with a tube down my throat and an IV in my arm I didnt want to eat? But when I tried to feed myself, I was incapable of doing so. The reason I said that to OP was because abs are not the only thing he needs to focus on. Its a half joke on these forums, as you well know. I was not trying to offend anyone or be "hypocritical"
