OP there is not set amount of calories that will get you six pack abs. There are a variety of factors, such as how well your abs are already developed, and your body fat percentage. It also depends how active you are; and as you are only 15, your still going through puberty, which means your still growing and developing. But generally speaking, you have to develop the abs and get to a low body fat percentage in order to see your abs.

10 cals
"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

Ok. But you must not understand what anorexia is. It is alot more than people believe. I would attempt to explain it to you, but it would take me 4 hours to do so. The pshycological aspect of it is much more than you can imagine. "Hypocritical"? There comes a point in the disorder where the affected person loses the ability to think clearly, due to a malnourished brain. Yes, they become incapable of eating, so it was not my 'choice' to continue starving myself, my brain changed so that it could not tell my body to eat. Do you think that when I was 98 lbs with a tube down my throat and an IV in my arm I didnt want to eat? But when I tried to feed myself, I was incapable of doing so. The reason I said that to OP was because abs are not the only thing he needs to focus on. Its a half joke on these forums, as you well know. I was not trying to offend anyone or be "hypocritical"
Starting stats: 5 ft 10 in
150 lbs
15% bf
Current: 154 lbs
UNFORTUNATELY out for multiple strains
Healing to 100%, then I restart bulk
As of right now, Im not gonna make it

Yo who the **** cares about abs
They don't count if BMI is under 25 bro
Bulk up until you've got decent mass then cut to have abs while also having muscle mass
This forum was not made to condone skinny dudes bragging about their six packs, it was made to ridicule them
Right now your BMI is 19.9, you're phucking tiny
