Try to take the ephedrine as far away from food as you can.

I don't really understand a lot what he's saying but I have noticed a dramatic increase in fat loss taking ecay during the fasting portion of my day (I do IF) the last month or so this way.

Started this stack last Friday.
Preworkout - MP Assault.
Nolvadren XT
Tropinol XP.
Initial weigh in was 277
I added EC 3 days ago.
Current weight as of today after 1st meal, initial weigh in upon awakening on empty stomach, 271. So far so good. No dry joints or anything but I don't expect any sides till end of next week at the earliest. I'm going to run EC for 2 wks on 2 off and repeat.
Other supps using are Animal Flex and ON Whey. I'll be adding on Fish Oil next week. Thinking of adding in some DAA. What you say?Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew

1st 2 wks are done and the first run of ephedrine is done. Starting weight 274. Weighed in yesterday at 267. 7lbs in 2 wks. I'm happy happy happy. Muscle pump is good but almost to a limiting ROM on quads and biceps towards the end of each work out. No dry joints. Blood pressure is down, that's a good thing. Midsection has trimmed up really well. Quad definition is coming in. Over all vascularity is up as well. I'm taking the next 2 wks off of the ephedrine and will end the last 4 wks on it. I still felt the burn on only 25mg daily upon awakening with my morning energy drink. These products should start kicking in full effect this next week.
