...AND Shawn has said that one of the reasons he retired after the 2001 Mr. O was because Kevin Levrone didn't send in his contract in time, yet was allowed to compete anyway (placing ahead of Shawn Ray, of course). The "rulebook" said you have to send in your contract at a certain date and Kevin didn't, yet still was able to compete, and well...Shawn didn't like it.

Kind of off topic, but just about how much of an ******* Shawn Ray is. Heres an extremely interesting thread where an anonymous IFBB Pro makes and thread and allows people to ask him tons of questions and he answers, but refuses to answer anything that might come close to revealing who he really is. He talks about how Shawn Ray is a piece of sh*t and that out off all the IFBB pro's hes the one he hates the most and the one that everyone has always hated. He also says Shawn Ray's gotten in a fight with another pro and got knocked out. I've met him in person and he just has a very condescending tone.

like ive been saying. doesn't look like Henry's legs are better than last year unfortunately so if the judging is the same, I see no reason why he should beat flex this year

henrys back blows flex's away, and flex himself doesnt have the greatest legs either, henry looks better IMO

Yeah, but the problem is that Flex does have massive legs for the 212 class. He definitely carries a lot more mass there, though the sculpted look with deep striations of DH appeals to me much more.

Its not an IFBB pro its a friend of the site to get traffic to the site that was dying

DH legs don't look a lot better but its hard to tell without direct comparisons. I think it was very close last year and came down to preference he could still win if he comes in little bigger in his strong areas and dialed in despite not having bigger legs.

Think so? I was very skeptical at first too but after reading through lots of his posts and answers some of them are so detailed. But you're probably right.
