let the best man win. no bias no crying.
id love for jay to walk in with a jaw droping physique that would make me say ok he is going to win. but if he doesnt and its near marginal or hes not looking all that great then i hope he gets placed accordingly.
kai is already falling into the dennis wolf category. great potential great physiques but have developed this reputation for not coming in on shape. "tell me what youve done lately" and kai hasnt done much.
conditioning is what allows symmetry and overall size/muscle bellies be able to wow people.

yeah kai got second, some stiff competition last year.. right...
its easy to have your genetics carry your lack of conditioning when the people you are going against have so much more imperfections than you.
with kai greens structure/size if he came in "on" hed beat phil heath so no hes never came in "on"
how many years had kai been competing? how many years has his hype been let down over and over? he is just a waste of a perfect structure because he doesnt know how to manipulate his timing and conditioning.

kai lacks the ability to bring in the perfect conditioning required to beat phil heath who has an inferior structure.
u dont beat the champ unless you make the judges say WOW. or unless the champ comes in off. so its either an evident knock out or an evident mess up from the champs courner.
"oh here comes kai he looks great, however holding some water lets see as the show progreesses"
"oh here comes kai he looks tighter but flat"
"oh here comes kai he looks to be getting alot better but we dont know of the earlier showings hurt him"
kai gets 2nd,3rd or whatever. always coming in with issues never flawless

No one in the line up has that skin texture, along with that level of separation and dryness combined since like Ronnie Coleman.
"how many years has his hype been let down over and over? he is just a waste of a perfect structure because he doesnt know how to manipulate his timing and conditioning."
this is just zrage of the old.
Phil apart from not having the widest body on stage has the most complete, developed, proportionate of all. He is not lacking anything. Kai lacks traps and delts but has some other qualities which made him so competitive last year and believe me the conditioning wasn't one of them but it might be fullness maybe. Then again, that level of fullness that Phil achieved is very unique to him also.

Maybe you are talking about Dennis Wolf or Brandon Curry though I am not sure lolGrainy hardcore religious slabs of thick dense muscle. So grainy that it hurts your eyes

Kai brought it on Friday of last year, but was flat and looked tired on Saturday.

Trying to figure out if he's going to be well-conditioned or not. I wish they would have shown his hamstrings or something because his face doesn't look super sunk-in or anything (maybe that comes with water manipulation?) and he said he's weighing a lot more...although there was some good vascularity around 3:00
