Some small clips just posted of Kai training back on instagram. I think anyone should be able to watch these even without an account.

Cutler's Blueprints
For anyone interested, Jay has made a few entries on a "Blueprints" page on his Cutler Athletics website, which just shows his meals, supps and workouts for the day, here's one from a couple days ago:
8-9-2013 Blueprints
Wake up
Weight 284.5
No AM cardio
Meal 1
2 cups egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 scoop of Jay Cutler Elite Total Protein
2 slices of Ezekiel toast
60 Carbs of oatmeal
Preworkout drink:
1 scoop Jay Cutler Elite Series Legend
Train:
Triceps
Rope press down 6 sets
Straight bar press down 4 sets
Dips 3 sets
Close grip bench 3 sets
Overhead dumbbell extension 4 sets
Biceps:
1 arm machine curl 4 sets
Preacher bar curl 4 sets
Hammer curls dumbbell 4 sets
Seated dumbbell curl 3 sets
Straight bar curl 4 sets
Calfs:
Standing 4 sets
Seated 4 sets
Press machine 3 sets
Post workout drink:
1 scoop of BPI Build- HD
1 scoop of BPI Blox
Meal 2
60 grams of Jay Cutler Elite Series Total Protein
100 carbs of Gatorade
Meal 3
12 oz of Eat To Grow chicken
2 cups of white rice
Meal 4
14 oz of Eat To Grow chicken
12 oz sweet potato

12 oz of Eat To Grow chicken
2 cups of white rice
Pre-cardio:
1 Jay Cutler Elite Series pro-stim
Cardio:
30 min high intensity treadmill
Meal 6
16 oz of Eat To Grow ground bison
That's 54 oz of meat in a day, I wish I could afford to eat half that much. I'll eat about a pound a day sometimes, but costs too much for me to do that everyday. And what's all the "Eat To Grow" meat? Does that mean anything, or is it just something he calls it?RPS Annihilation, 10-18-14, 220 amateur, raw, no knee wraps or sleeves:
Squat: 475
Bench Press: 325, failed 355 on my third attempt
Deadlift: 565
Total: 1365

Holy ****, I didn't think Cutler stood a chance, but I actually think he has a legitimate shot at winning the title. I had no idea he was using "Jay Cutler Elite Series" supplements.
Just take for example the protein powder that he is taking.
"My Name is JAY CUTLER. I still compete and I still outperform the competition. TOTAL PROTEIN™ is the Professional Protein Blend that I take. Not only does it taste incredible but it’s packed full of critical muscle building nutrients." *† – Jay Cutler (http://jaycutlerelite.com/products/total-protein).
Hes getting that all for a totally not overpriced $70 per container of protein.
Lets not forget his pre workout:
"My Name is JAY CUTLER. I still compete and I still outperform the competition. LEGEND™ is the PRE-WORKOUT that I take. It gives me the energy and strength to train harder and longer every time!" *† – Jay Cutler (http://jaycutlerelite.com/products/legend)
And how could he train in this day and age without his Pro Stim?
"My Name is JAY CUTLER. I still compete and I still outperform the competition. PRO STIM™ is the Cutting and Weight Loss pill that I take. It helps me cut body fat and bring out that extra muscle definition for a contest ready physique.” *† – Jay Cutlerhttp://jaycutlerelite.com/products/pro-stim
I must admit I am slightly confused as to why Cutler is not taking the other supplements listed on his website on that day, I am 100% sure that he takes those other supplements throughout his intense bodybuilding week in order to supply his body with the well needed creatine, glutamine, amino acids, and Vitamin B12 that a 260lb former Mr. Olympia so desperately needs.
