Goal - Drop Body Fat - Ratios

Wanted to get some opinions. Currently 178lbs, roughly 8-10% body fat. Been working a plan of about 2200cals. Macro %'s are 50% protein 30%carbs 20%fat. I dropped about .5lbs per week, which is good because I do not want to drop weight. I leaned out very well, but feel after about 6weeks now I've come to a halt. What if I keep protein % the same, and flipped carbs to 20% and brought up fats to 30%. Do you think that will spark body fat loss?

Training has changed every four weeks as well to keep it fresh.

    Thanks.

Do not use ratios to determine macronutrient intake as such does not take into account physiological sufficiency.

Energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency are what govern.

Set protein intake to ~0.8 grams per pound of bodyweight and dietary fat intake to ~0.45 grams per pound of bodyweight, with your remaining caloric budget composed from whatever mix of macronutrients you prefer.

Do not change training every four weeks. Rather, you a proper lifting program such as:

Macros are all well and good, but beyond obvious calorie deficits and surpluses, micro nutrients will play a far greater roll in what percentages of fat and muscle you have. You could eat zero carbs and nothing but protein and still be fat if your micro's are out of whack.
