This is most likely been answered on the forum but I can't find it. My question is what day would you deadlift on a five day split?
Monday:: chest
Tuesday:: back
Wednesday:: legs
Thursday:: shoulders
Friday:: arms
This week I did it after arms when I was done with all my exercises for the week because I couldn't decide what is a more beneficial day to do it. Some people say to do it on leg day after squat and others say on back day.
With keeping my split the way it is (It seems to be working for me) when should I add deadlifts to get the most from them?
