Been training 7 months straight without a week off and did a mock meet last week but went back to training and now even my 75% feels like a 95%. Week off?

You aren't recovering from your workouts, that is your problem. Sleep more if you aren't getting enough, eat more, meditate, get rid of any big stressors in your life or learn how to deal with them better. If you can't improve on any of the above just drop your volume in the gym until you start feeling good. There's no reason to take a complete week off and detrain unless you just really want to. I haven't taken more than a couple full days off in the past year, you just have to know when to drop your workload in the gym or fix your out of the gym issues. I think if people tried to figure out ways to recover better rather than just take time off they would be a lot stronger.

Yeah i sleep more than 8 hours everyday and been eating plenty. My left knee has been bugging me like when i squat past depth , there's a little tweak that starts to ache alittle . Ever since i started locking out my knees for deadlifts , i've started noticing some knee pain but only on my left knee.
:/ I'm probably gonna not take the WHOLE week off. Probably will come back for WED's deadlift session .
