At a mere 80 mg of caffeine.... one should be able to fall asleep at any given point after taking Craze.

Insomnia could be caused by a number of things, including exhaustive training

A .3mg dose of melatonin will "shut off" the longer lasting stimulant effects of Craze. It had kept me up at night on occassion as well and I've found this to be most effective

Doses that high often have negative effects on sleep quality. The lowest effective dose should be used and is usually <= 1 mg.

Just because something is sold in certain dose increments doesn't mean that's the optimal dose.

Agreed. Anything over 0.5mg and I have a fawked up throat, can't speak or swallow for 90m or so... The pain.

I buy the ON caps and split them in half. Anything over that and I wake up very groggy and slightly nausous

Are you taking a powder? I just do 1 mg, it's what most of the studies use to improve sleep-wake cycles without tolerance issues

If I don't take it within 6 hours of bedtime, I'm able to sleep perfectly fine. Even when taking 3 scoops (which is almost never, I'm usually taking 2)
