I drank 4 cups of milk two days ago and my stomach hurt really bad, then in the morning I still felt bloated. And today I just drank two cups and I feel ****ing bloated like I ate a pound of steak ughhhh
how did u guys eat around be lactose intolerant??????????

I was lactose intolerant growing up (and I still am, a little). I drank a lot of soy milk. Now I'm much better. I actually still don't drink a lot of milk though. I used to put it in my shakes until I realized how much better the macros are without it.
Just don't drink so much milk, OP. It might not even be that you're lactose intolerant. You could just be bloated because you had freaking 4 cups of milk -- which is probably wildly different from what you normally eat. Amirite?Founder and CEO of Quick Cup, LLC.
