from personal experience, no. I got minimal effects from clen (besides the normal side effects), and sometimes it made me reaaallly hungry. EC's biggest advantage is killing hunger. It feels like less powerful ********.

Me personally a bit of weight gain, just be careful and keep your cals the same or ramp up slowly. You'll want to eat bc you won't have the appetite suppression

would it be safe to try EC while on IF 20hr fasted training?

I'm not sure if it would matter, in would recommend making sure your blood pressure/ resting heart rate isn't abnormally high before trying EC though (mine's on the high side :/)

I wouldn't take it before any high intensity cardio type activity either, but i think it could still benefit you at other times

I think you can get away with maybe 2-3 lbs per week with similar results to 1-2 lbs per week weight loss natty

Ephedrine is a broncodilator so a lot of people report having significantly more endurance during cardio, probably from the ability to take in air faster and in larger quantities.

I wouldn't over do any activity while using EC, though. When I took it there were times I felt a tight feeling in my chest/heart area.

Can you take a antihistamine like Benadryl for a few days to reset your receptors therefor counter acting you're body building up tolerance to EC?
