Only bad side effect I notice is a crazy transient rise in blood pressure as confirmed by medical terminal in my gym (probably not good. oh well)

3 weeks before spring break, I found out I was going to the beach (oh sht). I had some injuries and was very weak/small, also not very lean. Here is a BEFORE and AFTER after only 18 DAYS of cutting with 600 mg caffeine and 75 mg Ephedrine daily and extreme dieting

AFTER: (18 DAYS LATER) (no homo)




Obviously not the most dramatic change, but it was in only 18 days. 10 pound loss. Also no strength loss because of muscle memory ( I was coming off of injuries)

- Caffeine is a thermogenic, it raises your body temperature/metabolism

-There is some kind of synergistic effect between the two compounds

- Kills appetite

- Also increases your body's fat burning efficiency

- Somehow helps to preserve more lean muscle mass

- Some take aspirin to counteract rise in blood pressure, many including myself prefer fish oil

My CVS no longer carries it but they have Primatene.

You have to ask for it at the counter, and they swipe your driver's license and limit you to buying like one box a month so you an't make mass quantities of meth

Lols...I'm on 3 doses a day + diet soda (sometimes coffee).........2nd week of it, starting to wear off though. I still have plenty of energy from it but the appetite suppression is smaller every day

lolwut? there are numerous studies showing it losing effectiveness, after 6 weeks your going to need many more pills to get a good effect, its a waste of money. just cycle it and save your body and heart some damage in the long run.

But EC also targets the Beta-3 receptors whereas clen is selective to the Beta-2 receptor isn't it? Not saying that makes it better, but different
