Unhappy I am so sore, this is awful. Why? Help me?

Alright so I decided the day after doing an upper body workout at my house that I kinda neglect my legs other than running. So I did 3 sets or weighted lunges, and squats. For the past 2 days my legs and @ss have hurt sooooooo bad.

Was it from not doing the exercises before? Anyway I can stop this pain?

Introduction of a new stimulus. You can try to stretch, or walk, or some mobility work, but it will decrease over time as your body gets used to the exercises.

those pains are called d.o.m.s, delayed onset muscle soreness. this is part of weight training man although im sure your muscles are extra sore because like you said you have never done these exercises before. they should be gone in a few days and the next time you hit those exercises they shouldn't be as bad.

Because other than running you haven't really trained them. Gotta love leg day

Do it all over again, today. 2-3x/week frequency is the best cure for leg DOMS. Don't wait till next week, it just delays the adaptation time.

This. If you go squat again today, it'll feel better (for a couple of hours), then you'll be sore again, but less sore than you are now. Then go back and do it again in a few days more and it'll be less sore. A few weeks of this and you can squat 3x a week without getting very sore very often.

agreed with everything said above. adding to that however, its summer time, and i find swimming is a GREAT way to get blood into the muscles that's low impact and should make you feel much better. with stretching/foam rolling (if you've never done it) and keeping mobile you should feel better very soon. Leg DOMS suck the most, but it will all get better
