    Another filt. I respect the work you put in to get there (4 years of dedication) but it's obvious in the rear double bi that at the very least a hardening agent/compound was used (a DHT derivative like Anavar/Masteron).

    I have years and years of experience with androgens. To put it in context take a layman and somebody in the BBing community. We can spot SEO/Synthol abuse compared to Slin/HGH and even obvious gear use. A layman does not have that capacity.

    By that same token I can clearly see that this person has used exogenous hormones. Although the mass he has developed is easily attainable the muscle density and hardness is not. Do I have a responsibility to point that out?

    Amazing progress op. What weight did you end your bulk at? I'm currently at 180 but thinking I need to bulk to about 190-195 and cut down to 175 to look sickening. Repped.

    Okay expert but sorry to disappoint you that I never cycled anything in my life. I normally have really bad body acne as you can tell on my chest and face. If I ever took anything, I wouldn't be afraid to tell everyone

    My back routine consist of

    deadlifts 3x8
    weighted pullups 3x10
    close grip cable row 3x10 (If I go wide lat pulldowns, I'll go close grip cables)
    wide lat pulldowns 3x12 (Same thing if I go wide cable rows, I'll go close grip pulldowns)
    BB row or DB row 3x10

    This was me last year doing the weighted pullup contest, came in 3rd or 4th as I recall
