In on those feels - forever 15% (on a good day). Cut has definitely been treating you well over the last month as evidenced by pics and scale last week. Nice to see the OHP strength is there! I think I need to get on the incline/supported DB row bandwagon.

And hnnghghg EDC Orlando this weekend. Gonna be awesome - plus the cooler weather will keep your nips hard in the stringer. Curious what the scale will be tomorrow morning after nearly a week of <50g.

The cut has been going well lately, it's just the low carbs that are messing with my mind. So flat but not lean. I'll have to take some sickening pics while I'm there for sure!

Depends on if I look like chit (likely). Lol will take pics regardless, just angle more if needed

always going to be some back rounding when you are close to a 1RM. I find that doesn't bother my back much-what really bothers it is when my back is hyperextended during a set with many reps

EDC last weekend was pretty sickening. I ate a ton of pizza/candy and drank a lot of liquor over the course of 3 days but weight is the same as last week. Look about the same too. Though I suppose when you're already at rock-bottom you can't go any lower kek
