    Hey guys, just need a quick estimate on this pic as I'm no good when it comes to estimates haha. Can see a bit of abs coming out I think.

    edit: Also do you guys think I should keep cutting or bulk?

    12%, my reasoning being that you can (almost) see the lowest ab muscles, even the rough outline means that you are very close to getting ripped. You should have a semi clear outline (obvious outline tho) at 11%, abs at 10%. Just a guess.

    I would go on a 6 month bulk and then start cutting. Should have enough time to cut for next summer.
    You have mass now, but I think you would be happier putting on 6-8 more pounds(maybe more)...and then cut.

    Thanks! Was thinking I'd start bulk at end of August and do until about March (lose a few more pounds first). Want to eventually be 185 at about 10% bf so still have LOTS of work to do lol!
