Im doing the bars brothers 5 intense workouts but i'm confused on how to split the days.…

1. Should I just do one a day?

2. It says to do upper body on Mondays, lower body Tuesdays, and core/abs Wednesday but what about their pull up bar routine and the full body routine? when should I do those?

3. If you've seen the killer routine, which would you recommend is better? Intense or killer routine?
