If I gain 45 pounds at 1 pound per week..

If I gain 45 pounds at 1 pound per week..On my first bulk ever so I assume I'll have noob gains etc..So at first my body will cut fat while building muscle but this will eventually stop, so I'm wondering how much can I estimate out of the 45 pounds to be muscle and how much fat? I just wanna set a goal for myself to put up on the wall and keep me going..But I want like a close estimate if anyone knows that has done a bulk close to this before...

Best you can expect is 75% muscle and 25% fat provided right training and diet.

People should realize that even though you might be gaining "slowly" it doesnt automatically make it 100% muscle. If your diet is complete chit and your training is not in line, you will be gaining fat slowly, and not muscle

At 1lb a week? Not likely! More like 30-40% muscle max.

And to be honest I would say 18lbs of muscle in 45 weeks is fairly accurate if your diet is in check as a new lifter.

This is really hard to determine because it depends how your diet and training is. Genetics also has a huge determining factor in how fast you gain muscle.

There are so many things that factor into how much muscle you'll gain. I doubt you'll put on more than 20 lb. of muscle in a year.

Yeah 75% of it being muscle seems like a big stretch, 18 pounds out of the 45 sounds like it would be good though considering not all of the remaining 27 would be fat because there will also be some water gain, but this would make a major change to my body for when I cut and set me up for good things to come in the future..

My diet will consist of 3000-3350 cals per day, 230-260g protein per day, and 250-350 carbs per day with 105-110g fat per day..My diet will be in pretty good check as I don't eat junk already anyways, I never drink pop only water, and I never eat fried foods anyways everything baked so I already eat pretty clean..Im just setting a goal for myself guys something to push for..I know that there is no way to gain 100% muscle especially 45 pounds in a year..Just trying to figure where I'd be at bf% wise to plan my cut ahead of time as well..Just like I researched about bulking cleanly I want to research about cutting to make sure I do it well..Going to train as hard as I can and push myself to the limit thanks guys..Im a skinny guy with a wide frame everyone tells me my shoulders are too big for my body because they are broad etc they actually make me look like I have muscles when I have a shirt on lol, but thanks for the responses guys..I can't wait to get started..

To put on a significant amount of muscle in 45 weeks you're probably going to have to gain a pound of fat for every pound of muscle or somewhere in that range.
