Need a game plan for last bit of fat.

Ive been cutting SLOWLY for a few months and haven't lost a lot of weight, but I feel alot more defined so don't care about the lack of weight loss. I just want to get rid of that lower belly fat I know is hardest to do. I have been on a 3 week vacation didnt gain too much though.

I'm cutting at 18-1900 kcals. Protein 160gr carbs 120gr fat 80gr. My weight is 78-80kg.

    Routine is:
    3xper week 30 min run.
2-3 times per week weights. (Starting strength)
    2 times per week calisthenics.

What should I do? I do go on cheat days on saturdays which I know I should cut out, outside of that should I try something else out?

Limiting those cheats is obviously the number one thing to do.

Also, you can change your goal and start to bulk, because while you do have some fat to lose, you could definitely use some more lean mass (as we all can).

Keep going with heavy weights, you don't have a whole lot of muscle mass to speak of yet. Cheat DAYS are far too much for you, a cheat MEAL on Saturdays would be fine.

Lifting heavy weight will be a problem. Im joining the israeli army next week and wont have access to a gym for a while. Also scared the food'll be ****! Im gonna try and keep things healthy as possible but know they'll be serving lots of fried sh*t. I know cheat days are too much but whenever i start i kinda lose myself and dont really care anymore (. Dropping lower then 1800 is probably a bad idea right? What to do

Agreed with the others about limiting "cheat" days. Instead, if you have cravings, simply work them into your macros so it's not actually a cheat.

The important thing is to maintain your caloric deficit. If you are in fact in a deficit, then you will lose weight. Keep lifting heavy weights to make sure that it's fat you lose, and not muscle.

Monitor your progress. If you're not losing, drop the cals or increase cardio (i.e. increase the deficit one way or another)
