k1ddoxo: I have been training for about 10 years now BUT it has been on and off... Sometimes didnt even train for a year or so... Was in almost the same shape just before new years last year... but then some1 hit me with a bottle from behind on new years. The bottle guy and 2 of his friends jumped me while I was out and ran away when i woke up... lol.. SO could not train for about 2months...

Dieet is as follow:
Meal 1 : 150g oats with 400g egg whites (think about 20 egg whites) this is after cardio
Meal 2 : 2.5 Cups Brown rice (cooked) with 250g ostrich mince - fats like avo or pb etc
Meal 3 : 2.5 Cups Brown rice (cooked) with 250g ostrich mince - fats like avo or pb etc
Meal 4 : 1.5 Cups Brown rice (cooked) with 250g ostrich mince - fats like avo or pb etc
Weight Training
Meal 5 : 400g egg whites
Meal 6 : 250g ostrich steak with Greens - fats like avo or pb etc.
You can use Whey in the morning with the oats BUT Im close to the show do dropping all the whey etc
a Good post workout can also be used after weights replacing the eggs...
