Syntha 6 vs Syntha 6 isolate

Ok so I just got back into working out but I've never realy used protien shakes before. Ive been researching them and Ive found that syntha 6 is one of the best. What I don't know is weather to use syntha 6 or syntha 6 isolate. I'm using it strictly for post work out and not throughout the day. Thanks!

I would say if your using post workout go with Syntha-6 isolate, either way your getting a blend so it has isolate, egg white and casein. The isolate will absorb much quicker than whey concentrate after a workout.

You are 16 dude. Don't bother with supplements right now. Just have a nice meal like steak and potato post workout and you good.

I definately agree with this. Save your money, eat your parents groceries.

"Ive been researching them and Ive found that syntha 6 is one of the best", clearly trolling. If not, go with whole foods kid.

My suggestion would be to eat and worry about supplements later. At 16 you should be able to eat 24 grams of protein easily.

if you've been researching then you would have found other alternatives. Unless you're going to compete or 5% bf, a isolate is just draining on your wallet. Physically you wont see a difference between an isolate and a blend of concentrate and isolate
