Superman Prime is immortal, omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent. Just his heat vision alone can destroy the walls of reality and entire dimensions. It's not like he's going to engage in a fistfight with Goku lol, he would just basically wipe Goku out of existence with a thought.

That's Superman One Million from DC One Million, not Superman Prime. Prime is Superboy from Earth Prime which was destroyed by the anti matter in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Prime starts off as a hero trying to help Superman from Earth-1 return to his own dimension until his own Earth gets destroyed and he goes berserk trying to get it back killing pretty much anyone in his path (both heroes and villains).Originally Posted by ThaWorldIsYours

Even if we assume he did wait and wanted to fight supes at full strength, he would also be training the whole time. You really think Goku's power would just remain static in all that time? Goku went from a power level of around 300 at the beginning of DBZ when he fought Radditz, to a power level will into the trillions by the end of GT. All in the span of about 30 years. Just image what kind of power he would achieve with another 15,000 years of training.
He literately became an immortal god at the end of GT when he joined with Shenron. Since he merged with the Dragonballs, we can assume that he acquired all the power that went with them as well. This includes the power to manipulate the fabric of the universe itself. He has all god-like powers that Superman Prime does, if not more. Prime is a wanna-be god. Goku IS god.
Goku is also the number one martial artist in the world and an experienced vet when it comes to combat. He has fought against equal or stronger opponents his entire life, and even won the world martial arts tournament when he was only a child. He has no equal in pure fighting skill. Supes is a brawler at best. He has very little actual combat experience, as he very rarely gets a chance to fight a physical equal. Supes would not be able to land a single blow.

Bart Allen never killed Superboy Prime. It took him plus like 1-2 other Flashes to put him in the speed force and Prime broke out of it and came back stronger. Need a source on him killing Prime because Prime never died iirc. He was defeated when the Titans trapped him in the source wall.Originally Posted by SeanBrah56

Dr. Manhattan can defeat them all. He can manipulate any form of matter on a subatomic level. All he'd have to do is decompose Superman or anyone else. Also, if his body is destroyed, he can simply reconstruct himself.
