I'm curious what your current max is on a flat bench?
I'm currently stuck at 175 and it's driving me nuts!

345 here.
Depends I'm your body type man. Eat. And eat. And eat. Put weight on, and push yourself under the bench. Make sure your form is right, no feet on bench, and keep your elbows tucked in a bit, so you don't hurt your shoulders. Maximum weight that you can handle 8-12 reps of. Get yourself a good PW to keep you focused on the weights youre attacking. I'm a big fan of Bullnox and AMP. And always eat post workout. And also remember, DO NOT JUST BENCH. you have to hit the whole range of chest muscles in order to grow correctly. Decline, incline, dumbells, push ups...and after a few weeks, you will see results if you push yourself and eat right. Get some good sleep too man. Hope this helps.

90 kg is my 1 RM (approx. 200 lbs). Probably my worst lift even though it's high on my priority list. Been training for 10 months now, I could bench 100 lbs when I started lol. When it comes to the bench press, I feel as if caloric intake and weight fluctuation is a huge factor. I've found that my bench got weaker when I cut some weight all other factors being equal.

Of course; that's the whole point of these-type threads.
A couple of years ago, some numbnutz posted a similar thread in this forum, boasting about his 540-pound Squat for reps. Bull**** was called; a vid was demanded.
OP actually posted a vid----of him doing a couple reps with about a 1/4-inch ROM. And he was serious; he really thought he was Squatting that much. It was so ridiculous that Dom even stickied the thread for a while just so everybody could get a chance to see how much of a douche bag the OP was being. No brain, no gain.
