Whats up guys... thought i would post my progress as it might be a motivation to a few out there. Started in February 188 lbs with visible flexing abs. Porbably closer to 20% body fat. Currently somewhere under 10 at 160lbs.
if anyone is interested in my diet/ supplementation lmk and il post it!

only one i have right now ... and its from about a month and a half ago. Im overcoming a torn acl, pcl, lcl surgery with a cadaver. So il be first to admit i dont go heavy/crazy hard on leg days.
i am 5'9 160 though

supplements.. orange triad, whey protein, animal cuts.
diet. pretty simple stuff
morning oats mixed with a protein shake and 6 egg whites.
meal 2 almond butter on a slice of whole grain bread
il throw in a quest bar if im busy and at work
meal 3 tuna
meal 4 chicken breast with sweet potato
meal 5 before bed greek yogurt mixed with protein powder
pretty simplistic but it works for me.

my lifts plummeted LOL. But now i can literally do 10 push ups and my body will pump like ive just benched 225 for 28139 reps. I dont really concentrate on lifting heavy regardless... slow controlled reps. I cut since late february... slowly to try and preserve the most muscle. I definitely lost a lot of fat but also a bit of muscle.
i dont really measure... although i know i definitely had to buy a ****load of new jeans .
