    BCAA/Glutamine during workout?

    So my local supplement store up here in Canada has MVP Biotech(Canadian company) BCAA/Glutamine supplement on sale $45 for 150 servings which is an amazing price up here. 1 scoop has 2000mg Leucine, 1000mg Isoleusine, 1000mg Valine and 1000mg Glutamine.

    Would this be a good supplement to sip on during my workout?

    Should probably mention that I am bulking.

    I wouldn't worry about BCAAs if you're bulking. They're good on a cut if you're training fasted IMO, but if you're bulking you should be able to get all the necessary BCAAs from your protein powder and daily nutrition.

    Save your money, buy more food.

    That is a decent deal, but I still wouldn't get it.
