    Cant stop arching my back

    Every time I lift I seem to arch my back no matter what... It happens on tricep Pushdowns, military press, shoulder press, etc.

    What can I do to stop this?

    As for the military press try placing one leg behind the other, it allows you not to arching your back during the last part of shoulders, open your chest and move the bars up in front of you not overhead and not below the chin and is it happening on chest and deadlifts?

    You may want to try strengthening your core by doing exercises such as planks.

    I'm almost positive it's not the weight because on excercises like mp and tricep Pushdowns I do them at low weight (10>) and work up and in all of the sets I arch my back.
