Looking for a recommendation or stack as looking to try something new. Not looking for anything with Creatine or pump as it's solely for endurance training. I am debating going with a stim on it's own then add some Citruilline and BA on the side or for ease an all inclusive. Pretty open minded on stacks choices.
Thanks for any suggestions or PWO.
FYI, used Body Octane, C4, Hemavol, NO Shotgun, White Flood, Animal Rage, and I'm sure other's I can't think of. Currently finishing C4.

Everything here and add cordygen5 and minus the caffeine (not much of a fan for stims in pre's)
Don't take creatine pre, it dehydrates the hell out of me if I have not had my daily intake of water so I prefer in the morning so I don't drink anything but water throughout the day.Continually searching for that elusive runners high!

Formutech makes a supplement that's actually called "endurance". It's not a pre workout but its aminos + beta alanine + COP. As far as my research goes(someone correct me if I'm wrong), beta alanine helps remove hydrogen ions which cause the "burning" sensation of the muscles. So might be good to take as an endurance athlete. We have many bikers who take endurance as well as bodybuilders(such as myself)
The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

I would give ErgoPump a shot since it seems you like stims.. right in the moderate/low stim range @ 175mg caffeine/scoop.
Though if you're going purely for endurance.. 6g CitMal + COP (I forget the correct dosing) should be awesome.
Just COP + ErgoPump would be awesome imo.Picking things up and putting them down since '09

Hello 6 grams of fish oil daily with animal flex. I should say my form over the years has vastly improved. I was a horrible heel striker but now mid strike which has helped me increase my speed and lessen the impact on my joints. Thank shoe designers (Brooks pure line) for minimizing the heel to toe differential. I felt bad sawing the ends of my brand new shoes to do this on my own, but it was effective and worked. Learned the trick back in '07 on the runnersworld forum where the person had been doing it since the early 90's.

Ironman competitions. I like the note on building my own as per above but will see about the Formutech as well. As per the creatine comment, research it a bit. BA is a must and caffeine doesn't cause me any issues. Thanks for the suggestions. I like the COP addition as well.

I'm not sure how people feel about it here, as it hasn't been mentioned, but about a year ago I got a sample of TSN's cardio igniter. Its profile seems decent for the ingredients that I know enough about, not sure about a few of the plant extracts. It's caffeinated but not heavily stimmed; seems to have more nootropics. I liked it for cardio, and I hate cardio, but IMO it's a bit expensive.

Sounds like Cardio Igniter is the product your looking for.
At 150mg of caffeine, its just enough to give you energy but not make you jittery. The additional BA, carnitine and tyrosine all contribute to endurance, which is what you're looking for. The red beet root juice gives an additional vasodiation effect which helps preformance as well, due to the high concentration of nitrates in vegetable.

The New White Flood. Yes, they say it's for pumps but look at it from an endurance perspective. Citrulline for nutrient utilization and help get rid of waste from training. BA is in there for endurance - i.e. PH buffering lactic acid by increasing carnosine levels. An energy blend without a crash that lasts for hours. Won't dehydrate you. It's creatine free & much more. Give it a shot. Free samples on BB.COM in the Company Promo Section. You can run a search.
If you want recovery to back it up with try their Purple Wraath - overlap of ingredients to get more of what you want plus recovery nutrition. Will also help you stay hydrated. You will get your electrolytes with this stack as well. Product works the same everytime. Not underdosed and not stim free but won't cause by itself stim tolerance IMO yet it's still very strong.
