Smolov is done. ran whole thing. Officially leaving my commercial gym and comitting to being around ppl alot stronger than me-all the time

I am injury free in fact I feel amazing-last set on smolov was 3x4@315@180 them celevrated with 5x1@385 deadlift anf some paused close grip pro band bench work

2014 is gonna be good for me. I dont have time between running my business and family and training to log but ill check in on other logs and see my friends at meets. Lets get it!
