Maca Supplements or anything similar?

Im looking at getting some Maca to try out and see if it helps improve sexual performance etc but I have a few questions -

1. Some say 4:1 and some say 5:1 extract Im guessing the lower the number the stronger? Eg 4:1 is stronger?
2. It says 1000mg on the front of the bottle but on the back it says 250mg Root extract (whole root equivalent 1000mg)... What does this mean? is it not as strong as the front of the bottle actually makes out?
3. Pills vs Powder? If powder do you just take it like creatine?


I have been reading up on others like Horny Goat Weed and Horny Goat Weed with Maca. Is it the Maca thats the main thing to get?

ok, I think I understand it now how the 4:1, 5:1 , 6:1 etc works...

I ordered some NOW Horny Goat Weed with added Maca to try.

Also I notice that Maca Powder is better to get than Maca Pills? Is that right? If so I was going to order this Maca Raw powder, does it look any good? -
