I've often wondered this. I know that the feeling of tiredness and a bit of sluggishness will be from the caffeine and at least in part from the intensity of a workout however some PWO's with the same amount of caffeine will give me a worse crash than others.
What else in PWO's increases or causes a crash?
How can crashes be reduced?
And what are the best PWO's that are still stimmed but have little or no crash?

What is it in PWO's that gives the crash? And what are the best ways to lesson it?

The stim blend usually gives a crash and certain stims react that way to certain people...
One person can crash on one while the other doesn't feel any crash..
There are some PWOs that have some ingredients that help regulate/lessen the impact of stims at once...
Might sound biased but I didn't experience any crashes with Neurosurge 2.0
half a scoop is only 150mg of caffeine....so you can adjust the stims accordingly
