Is it detrimental to progress? Or should I follow if it fits your macros ?

As long as you get all your macros by the end of the day your good. I wouldn't really enjoy eating that much at once though.
I wanna get strong and im committed to it. Ive been making major strides in getting stronger and im gonna keep going.

Fuarrr idk how you can stomach that, I've took 2 scoops in one shake and about 20 mins later just feel sick as fuk for a few hours, can't imagine 4 scoops. But yeah as the other gueys have said I'd try and avoid getting the majority of your protein from shakes. I normally only get about 25g of protein from my shake per day rest whole foods, ill only exceed one shake if I'm lacking on protein for the day. At the end of the day it is just a supplement.
