    finishing up my plan..

    Just wanted to hear some opinions before i purchase some goods. To start off... i am 17. I am pretty skinny and would like to put on lean muscle mass. Right now im using ON Whey performance (where i live its 85bucks.) So thats for my post workout. Thats all im taking. I was wondering if i should get Combat Powder by MP. I would use this in the morning and before bed. Hows that sound?

    You got to chill brah. I read you forum and i understand. Iv pretty much read the same thing everywhere else. Supplements are just to help me out on protein and calories. Being in a boarding school its just easier to drink my protein and calories. But thanks for the article.
