Hey guys just wanna hear some feedback and advice.
1st dirty bulked till 164lbs and then started slow cut for few months and now around 158-156lbs-ish? Thinking of doing clean bulk to gain more mass for chest, shoulders and arms cause lots of people say I don't have much mass so don't cut. Current supp are whey, creatine and xtend BCAA. I'm hitting chest twice per week and still not much improvement.

1) 2x warm-up sets of incline barbell press then 4 sets of pyramid style 14/12/8/4
2) 3 sets dumbbell incline flyes 12/10/8
3) 4 sets flat barbell bench press 14/12/8/4 pyramid style
4) 3 sets flat dumbbell flyes 12/10/8
5)
4 sets decline barbell press 14/12/8/4
Or
3 sets dip(weighted) till failure superset with push-ups
6) 4 sets cable flyes 14/12/10/8
