I am noticing the more weight I am loosing the more my ribs seem to stick out further than my stomach.
What can I do to correct this, just try to put on more muscle in my abs/chest?

Well, honestly, in this situation pictures would probably best help someone evaluate your situation. At 6' and 190 lbs you're not what we would consider too skinny for your height, so it could just be your body composition and your body fat to lean body mass ratio. Again, without seeing a picture it's hard to assess. If you feel like you're getting TOO SKINNY though I would stop focusing on losing weight until you figure out where you want to go from here
